If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it and receive a refund under the terms below:

• Any Product purchased through the Website may be returned to us within 14 days of its receipt, insofar: 

(a) the Product is returned in its original packaging; 

(b) the Product has not been used;

(c) the Product is returned in the same condition that you received it; and

(d) you present the purchase information you received when making the purchase through the Website.

• Upon return of Products in accordance with the above terms, You will be entitled to a refund of the price paid for the Product you returned (excluding any shipping, handling and Payment Service costs), after deduction of a cancellation fee equivalent to 5% of such payment.
• You will be responsible for paying for all shipping and handling costs for returning the Product. These costs are nonrefundable.

Limited Warranty

All Products sold by AccidentX have a  one (1) year manufacture warranty.

LIMITED WARRANTY: AccidentX warrants to the original purchaser within the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico that, for one (1) year from the date of purchase, Products purchased from AccidentX’s authorized sellers will be free from defects in design, materials, and workmanship under normal use, and will conform to AccidentX’s applicable specifications. All Products must be installed according to AccidentX’s specifications and any provided instructions.

Unauthorized or improper installation voids AccidentX’s limited warranty.

 

This limited warranty does not include repair or refund to any surface damage, which, in the sole judgment of AccidentX, resulted from accident, misuse, abuse, or non- AccidentX modification. Return of the repaired product does not include insurance, postage, shipping, handling, or applicable customs and duties, all of which shall be the sole responsibility of the Client. This warranty is not transferable. AccidentX’s liability, and your exclusive remedy for breach of warranty, is limited to repair or replacement as provided above. This express warranty is contingent upon the proper use of the Product following all specifications and instructions of AccidentX. The warranty does not apply to Product that have been tampered with or altered mechanically or electronically in any way.

The customer must contact AccidentX for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before returning any Product to AccidentX for warranty service. Any Product received without an RMA number may be returned to the sender by AccidentX without repairs.
